Reading Month Grand Finale: The Lorax Movie Party!
Today was a MAGICAL day as we wrapped up our amazing Reading Month with a big screen celebration of The Lorax! 🌳 Our elementary stars dove into the colorful world of the Truffula trees and joined the Lorax in his epic adventure to protect the environment!
Congratulations to our final Treasure Chest winner - Levi Meidinger. The Book Blast is going strong as we approach these last few days of the event. It’s not too late to complete your Treasure Map, earn your prizes, and help your child’s teacher earn a shopping spree to purchase books and supplies for the classroom! When 60% of the classroom students register and invite 10+ friends and family members, that teacher will earn a $100 shopping spree. If ALL the classroom students invite 10+ friends and family members, the teacher will earn a $200 shopping spree.

Zeeland Speech Tournament results from Saturday March 28th: Madison and Carys competed in poetry and received 6th and 5th place respectively. Ashlyn competed in serious and received 2nd place. Ashlyn and Carys competed with their humorous duo and received 1st place and state qualified!!

Also, only school vehicles should be coming in and out of the drop-off/pick-up area on the west side of the building after school. This area is designated for our rural and city buses. Thank you!

Here is the information for the Elementary Spring Concert!
Congratulations to our high school acalympics team for getting 2nd place in Division I of the Region 5 Acalympics competition in Linton last night. They did a great job representing Wishek School. Team members: Molly Herr, Levi Buchholz, Berkley Frantz, Parker Salwei, Carson Dalke, and Camden Wiest.
The junior high team also did a great job last night as it was a first time competing for half of the team. They made a great push in the lightning round and were 1 point away from placing. Team members: Alena Bernhardt, Olivia Kaseman, Manuel McGown, and Sebastian Bernhardt.
Dr. Josh Wiest was the advisor for both of these teams.
Pre-K through 6th grade students got to kick off the week with a wild, action-packed adventure! It was Magic Man and Mayhem Monday—a day full of jaw-dropping magic tricks, hilarious mayhem, and surprises at every turn. The Magic Man dazzled the kids with his amazing illusions, leaving everyone in awe.
