TRACK UPDATE: The Ipswich meet which was originally planned for April 2nd has been moved to April 9th. Start time will still be at 2:00. Updates have been made on the rschool calendar.
REMINDER-There is practice on Monday, April 1 at 4:00 in Wishek for both baseball and track.

Track Update: The Linton meet on April 4 was moved to April 16. There will no longer be a meet on April 4 AND we will be going to Linton instead of Carrington on April 16.

We will be hosting an elementary wrestling tournament Tuesday, March 19 in the gym. Wrestling will begin at 5pm. You will be sure to see plenty of Mustangs as there are roughly 100 elementary wrestlers (boys and girls) between the combined schools of Ashley, Wishek, and Zeeland.

The following is the schedule for the elementary volleyball jamboree in Medina on Tuesday, March 19.
I am working on developing a strategic plan for Wishek Public School. We have 4 committees established that each need 2 community members. The 4 committees are: Academic Engagement, Technology, School Culture and Climate, and Long-Term Facilities planning. The plan is to have a maximum total of 4 meetings that will last a maximum of 1 hour each. Each member will receive $50/meeting. The goal is to have the first meeting before the school year is out, with further meetings to take place next fall. Elementary Volleyball Jamboree Schedule 2024
The fundraiser items (coffee and snacks) will be brought home today with your child. They will also have the original sales copy to help you distribute accordingly. If anyone ordered from the online store, those items will be shipped directly to their house. Thank you for another successful fundraiser!

March 8th will be the last day school will pay for in-town busing for the winter season. Parents will assume the cost for the remainder of the year.
Just a reminder that next week Thursday, March 14 there will be parent-teacher conferences. School will dismiss early at 2:00 on this day. We will not have school Friday, March 15. We will be back in session with classes starting at normal time on Monday, March 18.
