Ashley and Wishek Public Schools are happy to announce that we are joining forces with Hudl to provide livestream of events held at both of our locations. Each school has a camera at their football field and in their gym. For now, we plan on streaming all levels of football, volleyball, and basketball that are played in the main gym or on the football field (Games played in the armory or small gym will not be streamed). Please be patient with us as this is new and we will be going live for the first time tomorrow night. Feel free to share this post as we all know there are people out there who would love the opportunity to view South Border athletics but are unable to attend.
Notes:
-See the attached documents for instructions on how to purchase
-Price is set at $12 per activity or $170 for the season pass. The season pass will work just like a regular pass you would get from us at the school. With this pass you will be able to view South Border events at both Wishek and Ashley, but it would not work for other schools.
-You can download the Hudl Fan app to your phone by going to the App Store or Google Play. You can also put this app on your Smart Tv.
-If you choose to purchase and have any technical issues, the number to call is 859-215-7979. There are people at Hudl to assist you from 8am-11pm 7 days a week/365 days a year.

Mr. Dalke is one of those people that is willing to take on anything that is thrown his way without any complaints. He is patient with his students and has a way of connecting with them. Many people in this community have been coached or have had their children coached by Mr. Dalke. If you have a question about Wishek or South Border athletics history, ask Mr. Dalke....he is somewhat of a historian! Thank you, Mr. Dalke, for your dedication to the youth of our community over the years!

All North Dakota Dental sealant forms are due tomorrow morning at 8:30. You can drop them off with Ms. Vetter or your students teacher.
Parents of K-2nd grade we ask that by August 26th all students walk into school by themselves. Pre-School parents are allowed to walk their children to class till the end of September.
The varsity football game scheduled for September 6 in Ashley vs Standing Rock will be moved to Wishek. Changes have been made on the school calendar.

Tomorrow kicks off elementary girls' basketball, and 7-12 volleyball. Please make sure we have a physical on file for your child! These sports will all be practicing in Wishek tomorrow.

There will be an elementary football parent meeting on Tuesday, August 20 at 6pm in the ITV room at the Wishek School. Please use the west doors when entering the school. Parents who are unable to attend but would like a link to the meeting please email Chuck Brandner (charles.brandner@k12.nd.us). This is NOT a mandatory meeting.

This is the app that is used for activities going on in our school and the co-op. I would highly recommend downloading this app, especially if your child is involved in activities.
Lunch money can be dropped off with Ms. Vetter, Mrs. Moldenhauer, or Mr. Brandner.
During drop off tomorrow many parents will be entering the building. We ask that if you want to enter the building with your child to please park on the street to decrease the congestion in the drop off/pick up area on the west side of the school. The doors open each day at 8am.

Activities updates:
There will be NO practice today for girls golf. Ladies-Your golf clubs will be in the south entrance. You can pick them up tomorrow morning before you leave.
JH/JV football practice will be moved to Wishek today.
Elementary football will be in the armory. Have your son bring athletic shoes. Willis will post about this on the Mini Mustang football page.
Girls golf pictures will now be August 19 at 4pm in Wishek.
Elementary football photos will be rescheduled to Monday, August 26 in Wishek.
Elementary Football Update: Football practice will begin on Monday, August 12 at 4:00 in Ashley. The bus will leave Wishek at 3:30 from the south parking lot. They will have a short practice followed by equipment handout. I would recommend sending a water bottle and an athletic/duffle bag. If you have any questions, please call Chuck Brandner (701)527-7718. WISHEK FAMILIES ONLY-YOUR CHILD WILL NEED A PHYSICAL ON FILE IN ORDER TO PRACTICE!
All registration has been finished! If you would like a copy of your schedule you may come Thursday, the 8th, and Friday, the 9th. Also the 7th and 9th graders will get there locker numbers and combinations these days.
Due to a large amount of 9th graders SENIORS your locker numbers/combinations have changed so if you would like to come in to sort that out you are more than welcomed, but it is NOT mandatory.
