Congratulations to the South Border boys' wrestling team on earning yet another trip to Fargo for the dual state tournament. The Mustangs took second in the region championship, losing to Lisbon by one point. The state dual tournament will begin at 10am on Saturday, February 17. Thank you to Shelly Glaesman for the photo!

Elementary (Grades 4, 5, and 6) girls volleyball will start practice Monday, February 19. The practice and tournament schedule is now on the rSchoolToday app and on the website. Wishek athletes will need a physical on file before they are able to participate. These forms can be turned into Mr. Brandner once they are completed. There will be a letter coming home in the near future from Coach Ebel.
January is School Board Appreciation Month. We would like to thank our community members who serve in these roles. They are a dedicated group serving the community and working towards providing the best educational experience for the students of Wishek Public School. The boys basketball team will be back in action Friday night against the EKM Rebels at Wishek.

The South Border boys will be back in action on Thursday, taking on the S-Z Clippers.
JH/JV wrestling in Redfield is cancelled. JH Boys BBall at Ellendale and Girl BBall vs Herreid-Selby games today have been postponed, we will send out new dates as soon as we know. No practice for Girls and Boys BBall today. Wrestling practice will be split, at home schools at 4:00.
The wrestling tournament in Redfield scheduled for Monday, January 15 has been cancelled. We will keep everyone posted on the other events happening tomorrow.
