March 13th- 1st track practice
March 20th- 1st baseball practice
All indoor practices will be in Wishek, and outdoor practices and games will be in Ashley. Practice schedule on Rschool will be done two weeks at a time and can change daily with the weather.
April 10th - 1st boys golf practice
Monday March 13th is Generation Read!
Due to road conditions, starting Wednesday morning, Wishek Public School buses will do pavement only stops for the remainder of the week. Contact your bus driver to make necessary arrangements.
No elementary volleyball today.
We will not be attending music trip today.
Although the day today turned out to be a pretty decent day, we are in for some tough days ahead. Any type of wind will blow all country roads shut minutes after being cleared. We have quite a few staff members that travel 30+ miles. We currently have two distance learning days prepared if needed. We may need to use those this week and prepare additional distance learning days. For me, getting to school is easy. I live 2 blocks from school. However, for many it is not that easy. Schools cannot function on a skeleton crew like some entities might be able to. We will do our best to ensure face to face learning for your kids. This week may be another tough week for weather that may require us to go to distance learning. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I know we will get through this.

Wishek Public School will start at 10:30 tomorrow. No breakfast. Doors will open at 10:20. Please do not drop off kids before then. Thank you. Any further updates will come around 8:00 am tomorrow.
Congratulations to our South Border Mustang boys for their runner up finish at district. Congrats to Coach Bader on being named District 6 Coach of the Year! Let's go get them at Regionals!!
District Boys Basketball is cancelled for today 3/1 and will now be played tomorrow same times 4/5:30/7. South Border will be in the championship game at 7. Mini Dancers will still perform at halftime of our game.
District AD meeting is scheduled for today to discuss status of basketball tournament. Futher updates will be provided.
Wishek Public School will be distance learning today. Day 1 packet is assigned. Please refer to protocol guidelines included in packet.
Wishek Public School is scheduled to start at 10:30 am with conditions to be re-examined early tomorrow morning. Updates or changes will be announced at 7:00 am.
Preschool screening for tomorrow at Wishek School has been postponed to a later date to be announced.
Out of town students who ride the bus, you will be dismissed @ 1:55 and buses will run @2 pm. School will remain in session for the rest of the day.
No Mini Mustangs wrestling pratice and No Elementary Volleyball.
Update to the District 6 boys basketball game:
There will be no district games today 2/28. Games will resume normal time tomorrow Wednesday 3/1. South Border will be in the championship game starting around 7. Mini dancers will still set to perform at halftime. Wear your blue Mustang gear and come cheer on our boys in the championship game... Let's Go Mustangs!!
