The state (NDHSAA) will now be using digital ticketing at postseason play across the state for multiple sports at regional and state events. Saturday's football game in New England will be the first experience for many of us at South Border. A ticket if paid by cash will be $15/adult and $5/student. IF you purchase a digital ticket, the cost will be $10/adult and $5/student. As you can see there will be a $5 savings to this. Please see the attachments as these will help guide you. If you need help, stop by and see me in my office on Wednesday during conferences from 6pm-9pm and I will help you get the tickets on your phone.

Steps:
1. Begin by either scanning the QR code or using the NDHSAA GoFan link above and then find our game (Hettinger County vs South Border High School).
2. Click on BUY TICKETS. It will then prompt you to select the number of tickets you want. 3. The next screen will ask you to create an account or checkout as a guest. MY ADVICE-Create an account as most of you will be making purchases in the future for both region and state events.
4. You will be asked for your credit card number.
*I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO WATCH THE VIDEOS IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. THEY ARE SHORT AND TO THE POINT.
When you get to New England on Saturday there will be two lines (one for cash, and one for digital tickets). You will pull up your tickets on your phone and let the person at the gate swipe to accept them.
Again, this is something that will be common practice moving forward, so please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks-Chuck Brandner

Former Wishek Public School Supt. Delmar Zimmerman recently made a donation to the library for the purchase of some new books in memory of his late wife Delores. Both Bev Vilhauer and Jess Welk placed a sticker on the inside of each book that was purchased to acknowledge the generous donation. Thank you, Mr. Zimmerman!!!

We are looking for someone to run the scoreboard for the volleyball games (C, JV, and Varsity) tomorrow night in Wishek. Please call or text Chuck Brandner if you are interested in helping. 701-527-7718....thank you for considering.

When signing up for conferences, you may find that you are not able to select a time for a teacher as we have a couple teachers who will not be available. Please make arrangements to meet with these teachers or speak with them at another time. Also, Mr. Mellmer and Mr. Crabtree will be available starting at 5:40.

Last week, Fire Chief Dave Just and Smokey Bear (Parker Salwei) made a visit to our students in grades PK-2 to talk about fire safety. This year marks Smokey Bear's 80th birthday!!! Thank you to Bev Vilhauer and Jess Welk in the library for organizing everything!
